1 General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 8kdb ("we", "us", "platform") and the user of the platform ("you", "user"). By visiting the website https://8kdb.cam, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

8kdb follows an identity verification process in the interest of security and fraud prevention. When requested, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address).
• A screenshot proving ownership of your payment method.

8kdb reserves the right to hold withdrawals if the required documents are not submitted within the specified time.

5 Deposit

The following local payment methods are accepted for deposits at 8kdb: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits must be sent only from the account registered in the same name as the 8kdb account.

6 Withdrawal

The following conditions apply to withdrawals from your account:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds are generally sent within 1 hour.

7 Welcome Bonus

8kdb offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit (up to a maximum of ৳8,000).

• Wagering requirement to use the bonus: 25 times (25x) (deposit + bonus).
• Withdrawals from the bonus balance are not possible until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonus offers must be claimed and used within the specified validity period.
• If a bonus is obtained through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.

8 General Promotion Policy

Any promotion or offer may have its own specific terms, which will be described separately on the promotion page. However, the following general rules apply to all promotions:

• 8kdb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Promotional benefits are for personal use only — transferring or selling them is prohibited.
• In any dispute relating to a promotion, the decision of 8kdb shall be considered final.

9 VIP Program

The 8kdb VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rates for each tier are as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier assignment is at the discretion of management, and an active and trusted player may be promoted to a higher tier over time.

10 Game Play Policy

All games available on 8kdb — slots, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games — are operated under fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer and cannot be influenced in any way.

• Using any software, bot, or automated method to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• If a technical error occurs in any game result, 8kdb management will take appropriate action and may void that round if necessary.
• 8kdb is not responsible for any loss caused by network disconnection while playing a game.

11 Sports Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned midway, bets will be settled according to the applicable event-specific rules.

12 Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to win through fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest means.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses or benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Accessing another person's account without permission.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems.

• Threatening or abusive behaviour toward other users or staff.
• Creating or operating an account using false information.

In the event of any of the above violations, 8kdb reserves the right to suspend the account, confiscate the balance, and take legal action if necessary, without prior notice.
